Shipping
Available shipping methods
All orders ship via United States Postal Service. You may select your preference of First Class or Priority Mail at checkout.
First Class domestic shipping is free for orders over $28. Priority Mail domestic shipping is free for orders over $69.

In-stock orders
We ship out every Tuesday from our studio in Brooklyn, New York.
Custom prints
Due to their on-demand nature, Custom Giclée Prints ship within 2 weeks of purchase. Custom Inkjet Prints ship out within 2-3 business days.

Lost and missing packages
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages once they are accepted into the USPS system. At that point, the package is the responsibility of the delivery service. Therefore, in most circumstances, we will be unable to provide refunds for lost packages. As a small business, we simply can't afford to make up for the post office's mistakes!
However, we are here to help you file a claim with the post office if you choose. If your package's tracking number has not shown movement in two weeks (or one month for international packages), please use the contact form on this site, or email me@quinnemyers.com to get in touch regarding your package.

Returns and Exchanges
All items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive your package and there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 1 week of delivery. You may use the contact form on this site, or email me@quinnemyers.com. Please include your order number and photos of any issues so we can help you out!
Sales Tax
As per New York State law, all items shipped within New York State are subject to the city and state sales tax of 8.875%.
Inkjet prints versus giclée prints
Giclée prints are specifically designed to be as close to the original artwork as possible. Ours are printed locally by a fine art printer on museum quality, acid free Innova Soft White Cotton 280gsm paper. They are signed by the artist, and specially designed for the finee art collector. These are shipped for free via USPS Priority.
Our inkjet prints are designed for art lovers who want gorgeous wall art at a good price. Ours are printed in upstate NY on lustre photo paper and shipped directly to you. Inkjet prints are shipped for free via USPS First Class.
Both are beautiful, high-quality print options—It just depends on what you're personally looking for!
