Available shipping methods
All orders ship via United States Postal Service. You may select your preference of First Class or Priority Mail at checkout.
We ship out every Tuesday from our studio in Brooklyn, New York.
Custom giclee prints
Due to their on-demand nature, Custom Giclee Prints ship within 2 weeks of purchase.
Lost and missing packages
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages once they are accepted into the USPS system. At that point, the package is the responsibility of the delivery service. Therefore, in most circumstances, we will be unable to provide refunds for lost packages. As a small business, we simply can't afford to make up for the post office's mistakes!
However, we are here to help you file a claim with the post office if you choose. If your package's tracking number has not shown movement in two weeks (or one month for international packages), please use the contact form on this site, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get in touch regarding your package.
Returns and Exchanges
All items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive your package and there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 1 week of delivery. You may use the contact form on this site, or email email@example.com. Please include your order number and photos of any issues so we can help you out!
As per New York State law, all items shipped within New York State are subject to the city and state sales tax of 8.875%.
